In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, most of our inventory is made-to-order, specifically crafted for you upon purchase, which is why returns are not accepted. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will review each request on an individual basis to find the right solution. Please keep in mind that customized orders are considered Final Sale.
